Open Non-Healing Wound

Problem:
Injury to leg, contusion has been healing for five days with no success
Previous Therapies:
Neosporin, soapy water tepid baths.
Complications:
This individual suffers from peripheral neuropathy, partial paralysis, reduced healing ability. The wound has had 5 days of healing and it has not progressed.
K Laser Protocols:
A5 4 minutes
A1 5 minutes
SN: longer times were utilized due to the size of the wound
Treatment Frequency: 12 hours after initial treatment followed with repeat at 24hrs after initial treatment, then
two times a week

Topical Medications: tepid soapy baths
